| Planning Elements
In Crib Notes, we discussed the
difference between marketing planning and strategic
planning.
We noted that the aim of marketing
is to know the customer so well that the product or
service fits him and sells itself. Marketing should result
in a customer who is ready to buy (more
on this).
Planning (in the strategic sense)
is aimed at bringing the entire community together working
toward the same future vision of success in the context of
its core values (more on this).
Here, we provide resources for
both avenues of planning.
